Anya

Anya is a new artist based in Vancouver, BC. Being born premature led to an eye condition, leaving her blind. Undeterred by this, she has had a passion for music since early childhood. She started off with piano and voice training when she was 7 years old, and then expanded her study to include musical theatre.  

Anya has performed in shows such as Burnaby Cavalcade of Stars, Surrey Shines, and volunteered as an assistant vocal coach for the Panorama Children’s choir for several years. She has achieved several gold certificates at Kiwanis Fraser Valley Music Festival for vocal performances. She is a member of the Young people’s Opera Society, as well as The Tempos Choir. 

Anya is working with Grammy nominated writer/mixer/producer, Jeff Dawson. Ferris Wheel is her debut single.
